Indemnification Users shall indemnify and hold harmless us against any losses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) in connection with: (i) User’s infringement, theft or other violation of any third party’s intellectual property or privacy or other rights; (ii) User’s use, provision, transmission, display of information violating any applicable law; (iii) User’s breach of this Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability Unless it is determined that the result is caused by our or our employees’ intentional and deliberate misconduct, you agree to release us and our employees from all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses related to the services provided.
