TopChance Registration/Login Policy

This policy applies to the registration/login services provided by MAYWOOD LENDING LIMITED (registered address: 50/52, Toyin Street Ikeja, Lagos, 100271 Nigeria), hereinafter referred to as "we." If there are separate policies or user service agreements for specific application platforms provided by us, those policies will take precedence. For matters not covered by the policies of these specific application platforms, this policy shall apply.

We will handle your personal information provided during the registration/login process on the TopChance platform in accordance with this policy. Important provisions that have or may have a significant impact on your rights and provisions that exempt or limit our liability are marked in bold font. Please read and understand this policy carefully.

To facilitate your use of the products and services provided on the TopChance platform, you need to register as a user and log in to TopChance.

Therefore, when you register/login to TopChance, you need to provide us with necessary information such as your mobile phone number and SMS verification code to create an account. After successfully registering an account, you can set a login password to log in. If you refuse to provide this necessary information, you cannot register a TopChance account or use the products and services provided on the TopChance platform. However, it does not affect your basic browsing of the products and services on the TopChance platform.

In addition, in order to verify the legitimacy of the login status, prevent login attacks, detect network security, and/or ensure the security of your account login (such as determining whether it is initiated from the same device), monitor abnormal accounts and suspicious transactions, prevent fraud risks, control business risks, and avoid the illegal use of your account leading to information leakage, and to restore the device ID, we will collect the following non-essential device information during the registration/login process:

Cellular network IP/ID, MAC address, IP address, WiFi gateway, WiFi SSID, WiFi BSSID, Mac address, supplementary device identifier OAID, total storage space size, available storage space size, total memory space size, available memory space size, iOS device base station information MCC and MNC, iOS device advertising tracking ID (IDFA), iOS device application developer identifier (IDFV).

For iOS devices, when collecting WiFi BSSID, the application device system will automatically trigger location permissions, but in this scenario, we do not collect any of your location information. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned non-essential device information, it does not affect your use of subsequent services.

This policy only applies to the registration/login process. For information processing and other related matters in other sections of the TopChance platform, please refer to the TopChance Privacy Policy. This policy is part of the TopChance Privacy Policy, and any omissions in this policy shall be subject to the TopChance Privacy Policy.
